Aerosol | Interior logo and signage
This project was for my friend Jason at JWorks Bodyshop here in Tulsa.
J is a young business owner building his body shop and working on all kinds of vehicles, so I got the opportunity to add something to the interior of the shop and help give the space more of its own identity.
For this one, I spray painted the JWorks Bodyshop logo inside the shop.
It was a straightforward project, but I always enjoy bringing branding off the screen and onto a physical wall. A logo can look one way on a business card or online, but seeing it painted at a larger scale inside the actual workspace gives it a completely different presence.
Projects like this are also a reminder that mural work does not always have to mean a massive portrait or a complicated composition. Sometimes the job is about taking a business identity and making it part of the environment.
It was especially cool getting to do that for a friend and another young business owner here in Tulsa.
