Patrón, Bacardi & Grey Goose Billboards

This project was a fun one, but more importantly, it became a milestone in my journey as an artist.

In collaboration with Miles Rogoish of WHATSNEXTART, we were commissioned to paint a series of large-scale billboards for Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits featuring Patrón Tequila, Grey Goose Vodka, and Bacardi Rum.

At 16 by 30 feet, these pieces gave us an opportunity to bring our individual approaches together on a much larger scale. We were able to mix elements of Miles’s style with mine while working within the visual identities of three internationally recognized brands. It was a different kind of challenge, finding a balance between our own creative voices and artwork that still represented each brand.

At that point in my career, getting the chance to create work connected to brands like Patrón, Grey Goose, and Bacardi felt wild. I remember feeling like I had accomplished something. More than anything, it gave me hope that this journey was worth continuing.

The project opened my mind to what could be possible as an artist. It made me think bigger about where the work could go, who I could work with, and what kinds of opportunities might be waiting if I kept pushing forward.

Looking back, this was one of those projects that helped me realize there was much more ahead.
